The Polygon Direct website is all about convenience, flexibility and peace of mind and accordingly we are able to accept a variety of payment methods. You may place an order either online, by phone or by fax.

How secure is the PayPal site?

Do you accept payments over the telephone?
Unfortunately, we can no longer take credit card payments over the telephone. However, you can follow the payment path through the website and at the PayPal checkout screen you can opt to pay via a credit card without an account with PayPal - see here

How do I pay using PayPal?
PayPal is currently the only online payment option, and is automatically selected during the checkout process. Next day delivery however, is only available for PayPal accounts with confirmed addresses. There may be delays in shipping to customers with PayPal accounts who have not yet confirmed their address as these may be subject to additional security checks. Find out how to confirm your address
Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately, we no longer accept payment by cheque.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and are at the prevailing rate. Our VAT number is GB46797568.
What happens if some items are out of stock?
On the rare occasions we have an 'Out of stock' item, please email us and request information. Contact us here
