Choose either the Yamax SW800 (metric) or the SW801 (miles) pedometer and monitor your steps, distance and calories burned and average speed whilst you do it. This pedometer is worn on the hip in line with your knee for accuracy and reliability.
An average walking speed is about 3.1 mph (5 kph) so if you want to increase the intensity of your workout, the SW8000/801 will give you feedback as to how you''re doing.
